BILLION DOLLAR INTRODUCTION ® TERMS OF SERVICE & PRIVACY POLICY

Last Update 7/23/2026

PROFESSIONAL FEES, COMMUNICATION POLICY, DISCLOSURE RIGHTS & NO REFUND POLICY

Billion Dollar Introduction® (“BDI”) is a private luxury matchmaking and concierge agency. All consultations, strategy sessions, matchmaking communication, advisement, evaluations, introductions, and professional access to our Matchmakers or executive team are considered premium professional services.

By communicating with BDI, submitting your information, participating in consultations, or using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

VIP Matchmaker & Consultation Fees

Consultations and professional communication with a VIP Matchmaker are billed at $1,000 for up to one (1) hour of professional time.

This fee structure applies to:

  • Non-clients
  • Candidates
  • Applicants
  • Profile submitters
  • Prospective clients
  • Former clients
  • Individuals requesting access, advisement, evaluations, or additional communication

Consultation fees are mandatory unless otherwise approved by BDI in writing.

Reduced Consultation Fee: A limited number of pre-approved candidates may qualify for a reduced fee of $500, granted solely at BDI’s discretion and never guaranteed. Reduced pricing may only be offered when expressly authorized in writing — no verbal statement, assumption, referral, or informal communication constitutes approval for a reduced fee.

BDI reserves the sole right to determine:

  • Consultation pricing
  • Eligibility for discounts
  • Candidate approval
  • Membership acceptance
  • Introduction eligibility
  • Communication access

Payment for a consultation does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance into the BDI network
  • Matchmaking services
  • Introductions
  • Membership approval
  • Placement in our database
  • Continued communication with our team

All consultations are provided as professional advisory services and are billed regardless of whether the full consultation time is used.

    After-Hours Communication Fees

For non-clients, candidates, applicants, former clients, or individuals not actively retained by BDI, after-hours communication may result in a fee of $500 per occurrence.

For active paying clients currently under an active agreement with BDI, after-hours communication fees may be reduced to $300 per occurrence, solely at the discretion of Billion Dollar Introduction®.

Reduced after-hours fees for active clients are not guaranteed and may be modified, denied, or increased depending on:

    • Frequency of communication
    • Urgency of the request
    • Nature of the communication
    • Boundary violations
    • Staff availability
    • Prior conduct
    • Abuse of access privileges

BDI reserves the sole right to determine whether communication qualifies as after-hours communication and whether fees apply.

Repeated excessive communication, harassment, inappropriate conduct, disregard for communication boundaries, or abuse of access to BDI staff or representatives may result in:

    • Immediate termination of services
    • Revocation of memberships
    • Permanent removal from the BDI network
    • Refusal of future services
    • Additional administrative or legal fees where applicable
    GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

    General Rules of Conduct

If you are part of any other matchmaking agency — private or app-based — you must disclose it to us, and you may not discuss it with any client we introduce you to without our written consent.

It is our goal to make access to our Site and Services a good experience for all users. You agree not to, and represent that you will not: use, reproduce, screenshot, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site or Services beyond their intended purpose; conduct or promote illegal activity; upload or distribute anything harmful to minors; attempt to reverse-engineer the Site; access secured areas without authorization; upload viruses or malicious code; use the Site to send spam; use the Site to stalk, harass, or harm another individual; use automated tools (robots, spiders, scripts) to harvest information; interfere with the Site’s functioning or connected servers; scrape content for commercial use without written permission; impersonate any person or entity; or frame, mirror, or alter the Site’s display.

You Must Respect Our Matchmakers’ and Membership Team’s Time Off

Under no circumstance may you contact our matchmakers or anyone from the membership team after business hours unless the matter is urgent. Non-urgent requests should be submitted through our contact form, which is reviewed during regular business hours.

Business hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Friday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM EST, excluding holidays, when we are closed.

    • Non-clients: may be fined $500 and/or removed from our database.
    • Clients: may be fined $500, and membership may be placed on hold until further notice.

    Feedback

If you provide us with ideas, thoughts, criticisms, suggested improvements, or other feedback related to the Site or Services (“Feedback”), you agree we may use it to modify our Site and Services without compensation or royalty owed to you. You grant BDI a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Feedback in any form or medium, and to allow others to do the same, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “WITH ALL FAULTS” AND ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. BILLION DOLLAR INTRODUCTION MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. We do not warrant that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. No oral or written information obtained from us creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

    Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BDI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY. BDI IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY MERCHANTS OR LINKED SITES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE. BDI’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED, IN AGGREGATE, TO TEN DOLLARS (U.S. $10.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions or limitations, in which case the minimum protections permitted under applicable law will apply.

BDI is not liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including internet or equipment failures, power outages, labor disputes, natural disasters, war, governmental action, or third-party non-performance.

    Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Billion Dollar Introduction, its founders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, partners, employees, consultants, and agents from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third party’s rights, or any harmful code you introduce to the Site or Services. BDI may assume exclusive defense of any indemnifiable matter at its own cost, and you agree to cooperate with any such defense. This provision survives termination of your account or access to the Site.

    Rules Regarding Content

You agree not to revise content presented by others, and you represent that any content you submit will not: infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights; violate privacy, publicity, or other legal rights; be false, inaccurate, discriminatory, unlawful, obscene, fraudulent, defamatory, harmful, threatening, or otherwise offensive as determined by BDI in its sole discretion; disclose protected or confidential information; misrepresent your identity; contain malicious code; encourage illegal activity; or create liability for BDI or jeopardize our relationships with service providers.

You grant BDI an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from any content you submit, for BDI’s business purposes, and you waive any moral rights or attribution claims related to that content.

    Personal Information We May Collect

BDI may collect: full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, gender, preferred language, geolocation data, occupation and professional background, lifestyle details and interests, relationship preferences and goals, photographs and media submitted to us, social media information voluntarily provided, travel-related information, payment confirmations, and other information voluntarily disclosed during consultations, applications, onboarding, or communications.

All information is collected to support our personalized matchmaking, concierge, and professional advisory services.

    Payment Information

Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party providers such as PayPal or Stripe. BDI does not store or maintain full credit or debit card numbers, and retains only essential payment confirmations and transaction records necessary for administrative, legal, and operational purposes.

    Products, Services & Purchases

BDI may retain limited purchase-related information — shipping information, billing confirmations, order details, service history, and consultation records — solely for operational, administrative, legal, client service, and business purposes.

    Disclosure Rights & Agency Discretion

Billion Dollar Introduction® operates as a private, selective agency and retains full discretion regarding all matchmaking decisions, disclosures, introductions, and participation within our network.

By submitting your information, photographs, biography, profile details, or application, or by participating in any BDI service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that BDI may, at its sole discretion, disclose select information — including but not limited to your name, photographs, biography, lifestyle details, relationship preferences, profession, general background information, and compatibility information — with select clients, candidates, affiliates, representatives, referring parties, or professional partners, where BDI believes such disclosure supports compatibility, introductions, the integrity of our network, or the accuracy of information being circulated about our services.

This includes the right to disclose accurate records of a client’s or candidate’s interactions with BDI — including consultation records, session confirmations, correspondence, or documentation of services rendered — when BDI determines, at its sole discretion, that such disclosure is necessary to correct a false, misleading, or defamatory statement made by a client, candidate, referring party, or third party regarding whether services were provided, the nature of those services, or the conduct of any party involved. This applies regardless of whether the individual who made the statement is a current client, candidate, or former participant in our network.

BDI is under no obligation to seek consent before making such a disclosure, and a client’s or candidate’s general expectation of confidentiality does not extend to circumstances where that individual has themselves made public or private misrepresentations about their engagement with BDI.

All other information shared through BDI remains strictly confidential and proprietary to Billion Dollar Introduction®. Clients, candidates, applicants, and participants are strictly prohibited from sharing another member’s name, photographs, biography, or introductions, or from screenshotting, recording, or forwarding materials, without BDI’s prior written consent.

BDI reserves the exclusive right to determine what information is shared, with whom, and when. Any unauthorized disclosure by a client or candidate may result in immediate termination of services, permanent removal from the BDI network, revocation of membership, financial liability, or legal action.

    Data Security

BDI uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to help protect personal information. However, no online platform or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

    International Users & Data Transfers

BDI operates internationally. Your information may be processed, transferred, or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions with different privacy laws than your country of residence. Users accessing our services outside the United States do so voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

    Data Retention

BDI retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for operational, legal, contractual, administrative, safety, matchmaking, or business purposes, and reserves the right to maintain records as deemed appropriate for legitimate business purposes.

    Policy Changes

BDI reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our websites or services constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.

Summary of Changes From the Current Live Version

    1. Consultation fee changed from “$1,000–$1,500 range” to a flat $1,000 standard / $500 reduced — applied consistently in both places it appeared.
    2. Business hours confirmed as Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Friday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM ESTeverywhere they’re referenced (three places in the original had this exact detail scattered — now consistent).
    3. Fixed “we may be fined” typo in the Non-Client/Client conduct section (should address “you,” not “we”).
    4. Flagged the minors-policy email placeholder — still needs your real contact email filled in.
    5. Added a short clarifying note under the No Refund Policy about chargeback rights not being fully waivable by contract — informational, doesn’t change your policy’s intent.
    6. Left “invitation-only” language (“private, invitation-only agency”) replaced with “private, selective agency” in two spots — matches your decision earlier that applications are open, not invite-gated.
