PROFESSIONAL FEES, COMMUNICATION POLICY, DISCLOSURE RIGHTS & NO REFUND POLICY
Billion Dollar Introduction® (“BDI”) is a private luxury matchmaking and concierge agency. All consultations, strategy sessions, matchmaking communication, advisement, evaluations, introductions, and professional access to our VIP Matchmakers or executive team are considered premium professional services.
By communicating with BDI, submitting your information, participating in consultations, or using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:
VIP MATCHMAKER & CONSULTATION FEES
Consultations and professional communication with a VIP Matchmaker may be invoiced between $1,000–$1,500 for up to one (1) hour of professional time, solely at the discretion of Billion Dollar Introduction®.
This fee structure applies to:
- Non-clients
- Candidates
- Applicants
- Profile submitters
- Prospective clients
- Former clients
- Individuals requesting access, advisement, evaluations, or additional communication
Consultation fees are mandatory unless otherwise approved by BDI in writing.
Discounted consultation rates may only be offered to select pre-approved candidates and only when expressly authorized in writing by Billion Dollar Introduction®. No verbal statements, assumptions, referrals, or informal communications shall constitute approval for a reduced fee.
BDI reserves the sole right to determine:
- Consultation pricing
- Eligibility for discounts
- Candidate approval
- Membership acceptance
- Introduction eligibility
- Communication access
Payment for a consultation does not guarantee:
- Acceptance into the BDI network
- Matchmaking services
- Introductions
- Membership approval
- Placement in our database
- Continued communication with our team
All consultations are provided as professional advisory services and are billed regardless of whether the full consultation time is used.
AFTER-HOURS & HOLIDAY COMMUNICATION POLICY
Billion Dollar Introduction® (“BDI”) strictly observes business hours and communication boundaries.
Any non-emergency communication initiated outside of standard business hours — including evenings, weekends, or holidays — may result in additional after-hours communication fees.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Calls
- Text messages
- Emails
- Direct messages (DMs)
- Follow-up requests
- Consultation requests
- Administrative requests
- Urgent response demands
- Repeated or excessive messaging outside approved business hours
AFTER-HOURS COMMUNICATION FEES
For non-clients, candidates, applicants, former clients, or individuals not actively retained by BDI, after-hours communication may result in a fee of $500 per occurrence.
For active paying clients currently under an active agreement with BDI, after-hours communication fees may be reduced to $300 per occurrence, solely at the discretion of Billion Dollar Introduction®.
Reduced after-hours fees for active clients are not guaranteed and may be modified, denied, or increased depending on:
- Frequency of communication
- Urgency of the request
- Nature of the communication
- Boundary violations
- Staff availability
- Prior conduct
- Abuse of access privileges
BDI reserves the sole right to determine whether communication qualifies as after-hours communication and whether fees apply.
Repeated excessive communication, harassment, inappropriate conduct, disregard for communication boundaries, or abuse of access to BDI staff or representatives may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Revocation of memberships
- Permanent removal from the BDI network
- Refusal of future services
- Additional administrative or legal fees where applicable
DISCLOSURE RIGHTS & AGENCY DISCRETION
Billion Dollar Introduction® operates as a private invitation-only agency and retains full discretion regarding all matchmaking decisions, disclosures, introductions, and participation within our network.
By submitting your information, photographs, biography, profile details, application, or participating in any BDI service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that BDI may, at its sole discretion, disclose select information including but not limited to:
- Your name
- Photographs
- Biography
- Lifestyle details
- Relationship preferences
- Profession
- General background information
- Compatibility information
This information may be shared with select clients, candidates, affiliates, representatives, or professional partners if BDI believes such disclosure supports compatibility, introductions, or the matchmaking process.
However, all information shared through BDI remains strictly confidential and proprietary to Billion Dollar Introduction®.
Clients, candidates, applicants, and participants are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing another member’s name
- Sharing photographs
- Sharing biographies
- Forwarding profiles
- Screenshotting materials
- Recording communications
- Posting information online
- Sharing introductions with third parties
- Disclosing any identifying or private information
without prior written consent from Billion Dollar Introduction®.
Any unauthorized disclosure, misuse, publication, forwarding, distribution, or sharing of confidential information may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Permanent removal from the BDI network
- Revocation of memberships
- Financial liability
- Legal action
BDI reserves the right to refuse service, terminate participation, deny introductions, or revoke access at any time and for any reason.
STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made to Billion Dollar Introduction® are final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Matchmaking services
- Memberships
- Contracts
- Retainers
- Consultations
- VIP advisory services
- Concierge services
- Candidate evaluations
- Upgrades
- Renewals
- Communication fees
- After-hours fees
No refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, or chargebacks shall be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal dissatisfaction
- Lack of introductions
- Relationship outcomes
- Scheduling conflicts
- Communication disputes
- Personal preferences
- Relocation
- Paused participation
- Termination by either party
- Failure to secure a match or relationship
By submitting payment, booking services, signing agreements, participating in consultations, or continuing communication with BDI, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
Any attempt to reverse charges, dispute payments, initiate chargebacks, or avoid payment obligations after services have started shall constitute a material violation of these Terms.
BDI reserves the right to:
- Pursue legal remedies
- Recover administrative and legal costs
- Submit unpaid balances to collections
- Permanently blacklist individuals from the BDI network
- Refuse all future services
GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT
If you are a part of any other matchmaking agency either private or on online application you must disclose it to us and you are not to discuss any other one that you are either a part of or you are considering joining with any of our clients that we introduce you to without our written consent,
It is our goal to make access to our Site and Services a good experience for all of our users. You agree not to, and represent and warrant that you will not use, reproduce, duplicate, screenshot, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site or Services, your use of the Site or Services, or access to the Site or Services for any purposes other than for which the Site or Services are being provided to you, or do any of the following: Conduct or promote any illegal activities while using the site or Services Upload, distribute or print anything that may be harmful to minors attempt to reverse engineer or jeopardize the correct functioning of the Site, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software (including the tools, methods, processes, and infrastructure) that enables or underlies the Site Attempt to gain access to secured portions of the Site or Services to which you do not possess access rights Upload or transmit any form of virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other malicious code Use the Site or Services to generate unsolicited email advertisements or spam use the Site or Services to stalk, harass or harm another individual use any high volume automatic, electronic or manual process to access, search or harvest information from the Site or Services (including without limitation robots, spiders or scripts)
Interfere in any way with the proper functioning of the Site and Services or interfere with or disrupt any servers or networks connected to the Site or Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site or Services
Use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to extract, “screen scrape,” monitor, “mine,” or copy any static or dynamic web page on the Site or the Content contained on any such web page for commercial use without our prior express written permission
Impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity Mirror or frame the Site or any Content, place pop-up windows over its pages, or otherwise affect the display of its pages
YOU MUST RESPECT OUR MATCHMAKERS AND OUR MEMBERSHIP TEAM’S, TIME OFF
Under NO circumstance may you contact our Matchmakers or anyone from the membership team after business hours unless its urgent please go to https://billiondollarintroduction.com/contact and it will be checked during our regular business hours, it is extremely important that you respect our teams time off. Our business hours are Monday-Friday between 8:00 A.M. — 5:00 P.M. EST Monday through Friday, except for holidays as we will be closed. Non clients may be fined $500 and/or removed from our database, (For clients, we may be fined $500 and we may put your membership on “Hold” until further notice)
FEEDBACK
In the event that you provide us any ideas, thoughts, criticisms, suggested improvements or other feedback related to the Site or the Services (collectively “Feedback”), you agree we may use the Feedback to modify our Site and Services and that you will not be due any compensation, including any royalty related to the product or service that incorporates your Feedback. You grant to us a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, perform, display, import, sell, offer for sale, make, have made and otherwise exploit the Feedback in any form, media, or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed, and to allow others to do the same. This is true whether you provide the Feedback on the Site or through any other method of communication with us, unless we have entered into a separate agreement with you that provides otherwise.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THIS SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED BY BILLION DOLLAR INTRODUCTION “WITH ALL FAULTS” AND ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Billion Dollar Introduction, our founders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, co-branders and other partners, employees, consultants and agents (“Billion Dollar Introduction Parties”), from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from: (i) your use of the Site or Services (except to the extent prohibited by law); (ii) your violation of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any rights of any other person or entity; or (iv) any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, malware, cancel-bots or other similar harmful or deleterious programming routines input by you into the Site or Services. Billion Dollar Introduction reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. Advocates or encourages any illegal activity has the potential to create liability for us or cause us to violate the requirements of or to lose the services, in whole or in part, of our Internet service providers or other suppliers though we strive to enforce these rules with all of our users, you may be exposed through the Site or Services to Content that violates our policies or is otherwise offensive.
You hereby grant (and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant) to Billion Dollar Introduction an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free and fully paid, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform, prepare derivative works of, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use and exploit any Content you provide, submit, or make available toBillion Dollar Introduction, and to grant sub-licenses of the foregoing rights, solely for Billion Dollar Introduction’s business purposes. - Other profile-related details
BDI may share such information with select clients, candidates, affiliates, representatives, or professional partners if we believe the disclosure supports compatibility, introductions, safety, screening, or the matchmaking process.
BDI reserves the exclusive right to determine:
- What information is shared
- Who receives such information
- When information is disclosed
- Whether introductions are facilitated
- Whether an individual is accepted, retained, or removed from our network
If we receive complaints, reports, or information suggesting illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, unethical, threatening, or inappropriate conduct, BDI reserves the right — but is not obligated — to report such matters to legal authorities, regulatory agencies, investigators, attorneys, security professionals, or other appropriate parties.
All such decisions shall remain solely at the discretion of Billion Dollar Introduction®.

Clients, candidates, applicants, and participants strictly agree that they shall not:
- Share another member’s name
- Share photographs or profile information
- Screenshot or forward materials
- Publish or post information online
- Record communications
- Disclose introductions to third parties
- Share personal, identifying, or confidential information obtained through BDI
without prior written consent from Billion Dollar Introduction®.
Unauthorized disclosure, misuse, publication, forwarding, distribution, recording, or sharing of confidential information may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Permanent removal from the BDI network
- Revocation of memberships
- Financial liability
- Legal action
BDI reserves all rights relating to the protection of its clients, candidates, proprietary processes, and confidential information.

BDI utilizes commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to help protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or alteration.
However, no online platform, electronic transmission, or storage system can ever be guaranteed completely secure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

BDI operates internationally.
By using our services, you understand and agree that your information may be processed, transferred, or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions that may have different privacy laws than your country of residence.
